Katha
An account stores your email, a password hash, and the time you accepted these terms. Katha does not store card numbers. Razorpay processes the payment and Katha stores the order reference, pack, amount, and status needed to credit or reverse points.
Your prompts, scripts, uploads, and generated files are stored so you can review, download, and reuse them. They are private to your account. Another customer receives the same not-found response as a missing file.
Sign-in uses an http-only session cookie. Authentication attempts are counted by network address to slow password guessing. Password-reset links expire after 30 minutes and work once. Email sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes, work once, and stop after five wrong tries. Only a hash of a reset link or sign-in code is stored.
Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits to public information pages automatically. We send public page names and paths, without query strings, account identifiers, prompts, scripts or payment details. Google processes browser and device information to provide usage reports. Advertising features are disabled. Private studio pages are excluded from this tracking.
Deleting a project or library item hides it immediately. The file bytes become eligible for deletion after the retention period shown in the product, which defaults to 7 days, unless an administrator purges them sooner. Point and purchase records stay so balances and refunds remain accurate.
Closing the account signs you out, hides projects, library items, and saved characters, and frees the email for a new account. Purchase records stay attached to the closed account id.
