Katha
Point packs show their INR price, total points and any included bonus points before checkout. Checkout uses the price and points frozen on the server. Failed or cancelled generation returns reserved points to your balance. That return is not a cash refund.
Cash refunds are started by the business in the Razorpay dashboard. Katha does not start a cash refund from the app. After Razorpay reports a processed refund, Katha removes the matching points. A partial refund removes a proportional share, rounded up as the refunds add up. A full refund removes the full pack once. Pending or failed refunds do not remove points.
If the refunded points were already spent, the balance can become negative. New generation stays blocked until the balance covers the next step. Test-mode payments are simulated and are not real money.
If checkout closes or the connection drops, use Check payment status on that purchase before paying again. An uncertain order has to be resolved before another checkout for the same request.
